The ICM Executive Committee has approved the following regulations for the coming elections of the ICM EC/BOT:

1. Elections for the EC and BOT will be held on Friday December 5, 2008.
2. Nomination committee will post the names of the nominees (BOT and ICM) by Friday November 28, 2008.
3. The EC secretary will post the list of paid members in the mosque by October 26, 2008.
4. ICM members have until November 7, 2008 (half hour after Isha prayer) to pay 2008 membership. ICM members should pay the membership to the EC secretary or EC treasurer.
5. ICM members who have any dispute about the posted membership list should address the dispute to the EC secretary. No disputes will be accepted after November 7, 2008.
6. ICM members who pay after November 7, 2008 are not eligible to vote in December elections.
